<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a content by streaming reproduction, even after a purchased content is deleted. <P>SOLUTION: When reproduction instruction of the content is received by a receiving section 108, it is detected whether or not, the content which the reproduction instruction is received by a detecting section 109, is recorded in the recording medium. When it is detected that the content is not recorded in a recording medium 102, and right information of the content which the reproduction instruction is received, is acquired by an acquiring section 110, it is determined whether or not, streaming reproduction information which is related to the right information is extracted by an extraction section 111.
