<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image accepting sheet which prevents the rubbing and consequent blurring or the exfoliation of a mark at printing or handling, and prevents the mark from being transferred to the side of an image accepting surface and staining it while the sheet is stored, and which can make the mark sufficiently function for detection by a sensor in a thermal transfer printer or to give excellent design performance to the sheet as a logo mark, a pattern or the like, in a structure wherein the mark is formed on the back side of the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer image accepting sheet 1 is constituted by forming a dye accepting layer 4 on one side of a base sheet 2. The base sheet 2 is a laminate formed by stacking a back resin layer 6, a paper base 7, an adhesion layer 9 and a base film 10 sequentially and the dye accepting layer 4 is formed on the base film 10 while the mark 11 is formed between the back resin layer 6 and the paper base 7. By this constitution, the mark 11 is positioned between the paper base 7 and the back resin layer 6, and thus the mark is covered with and protected by the back resin layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
