<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a large quantity of solid electrolyte films with constant quality and high proton conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: A casting band 94 successively makes rounds of a casting chamber 80, a casting film drying chamber 81a, and a heat treatment chamber 81b. In the casting chamber 80, a dope 24 is cast to the running casting band 94 using a casting dye 93. The dope 24 on the casting band 94 becomes a casting film 61. In the casting film drying chamber 81a, drying air 300 at a temperature of 10 degrees C or more and 40 degrees C or less and a humidity of 30%RH or more and less than 60% is applied to an exposed surface 61a to dry the casting film 61. In the heat treatment chamber 81b, the casting film 61 is heated using the drying air 400. After that, the casting film 61 is peeled off from the casing band 94 as a wet film 67. The solid electrolyte film 77 is obtained by sequentially guiding the wet film 67 to a tenter 83 and a drying chamber 85. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
