<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire 2 with superior uniformity and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 2 comprises a pair of beads 8, and a carcass 10 bridged between both of the beads 8. The carcass 10 comprises a carcass ply 26. The carcass ply 26 comprises a large number of cords 32. The cords 32 are aligned in a peripheral direction. Intervals 36 between one cord 32 and the other cord 32 adjacent to that cord 32 are alternately wide and narrow. A ratio of the wide interval 36 (width of a narrow part 38) relative to the narrow interval 36 (width of a narrow part 40) is 1.1 or more and 1.8 or less. Preferably, in this tire 2, a ratio of the narrow interval 36 (the width of the narrow part 40) relative to an outside diameter of the cord 32 is 0.2 or more and 1.0 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
