PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of outputting power, while preventing slide, in a connection part between members capable of transmitting power to each other, and to provide an active means using the same. SOLUTION: The active means includes a rolling member 5 capable of rolling relative to a wall surface and a rotating member 7 connected to the rolling member 5 so as to receive transmission of rotation of the rolling member 5 around a shaft in the connection part and to be rotated in a predetermined direction around a shaft 15 different from the described shaft. This active means is structured to obtain advantage by relatively using a method of rotating the rotating member 7 around the shaft 15, while outputting power different from the rotation around each shaft, by receiving transmission of the pressure directing in a direction crossing the predetermined direction or the pressure for making the rolling member 5 roll in a direction crossing the predetermined direction relative to the turning member 7 so as to place the rolling member 5 like a wedge between the wall surface and the rotating member 7.
