PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin connecting structure capable of preventing rattling of a pin connecting part in the rotational direction, and especially, an operation device of a transmission equipped with the pin connecting structure. SOLUTION: In the pin connecting structure 20, a shift and select shaft 8 and a shift housing 10 are connected through a pin 9 inserted in the radial direction, and the shafts 8 and 10 are interlocked along the axial direction and the shaft rotational direction. The pin 9 is clearance-fitted to the shift housing (one shaft) 10, and is press-fitted and clearance-fitted or press-fitted to the shift and select shaft 8. The pin connecting structure 20 is equipped with a torsion spring (elastic member) 11 interposed between the shift housing 10 and the pin 9 and effecting the resilient force to the shaft circumferential direction.
