PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge, out of a device or a container, liquid in a device or a container installed underwater or in liquid such as a flush toilet sterilizing/washing device set in a toilet flush water tank when the water level in the device or the container is lowered, feed the liquid from the outside of the device or the container when the water level or water pressure is raised and prevent the liquid outside the device and the liquid inside the device from being mixed with each other. SOLUTION: A special shape pipe is installed in the device or the container installed underwater or in the liquid such as a flush toilet sterilizing/washing device set in a toilet flush water tank as shown in figure, and the liquid is made to flow into or out of the device or the container according to the water level or water pressure.
