<p>The device has a double centering unit formed by surfaces through which an upstream part (1) and a downstream part (2) of a bearing support are in contact between each other. A gap (4) is formed between an upstream orifice (10) formed in the upstream part and a fusible screw (3) for avoiding all contacts between the upstream orifice and the fusible screw. The gap is formed by a circular recess (11) realized in the upstream orifice. The centering unit is constituted by circular grooves and circular ribs.</p>
