THE DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF SEMEN USING METHYLENE BLUE LIQUID AND THE DIAGNOSTIC KIT FOR THE QUALITY OF SEMEN USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing semen quality using methylene blue solution is provided to improve fertilization rate and prevent use of bad semen in advance. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing semen quality comprises a step of mixing diluted and methylene blue solution with semen and a step of comparing color of the mixture with standard color table. The method further comprises: a step of placing 0.1-0.4 of diluted layer, 0.01-0.04 of air layer, 0.01-0.06 of blocking liquid layer, 0.01-0.04 of air layer, and 0.01-0.04 of methylene blue solution layer and sealing; and a step of mixing the semen layer and methylene blue layer when using, and comparing the color with standard color table. The kit for diagnosing semen quality comprises 0.1-0.4 of air layer, 0.04-0.4 of semen preservative liquid, 0.01-0.4 of air layer, and 0.01-0.4 of methylene blue solution in a volume ratio.
