PURPOSE: A method for rearing sea cucumber is provided to enable a user to sell sea cucumber at high price in hot summer. CONSTITUTION: A method for rearing sea cucumber is constituted as follows. The temperature of the breeding water is kept at 10-11 deg.C in order to breed the sea cucumber. The temperature of the breeding water is maintained by additionally supplying low temperature deep sea water. The low temperature deep sea water is obtained from the depth of 200m or more. The sea cucumber is bred in a flowing water type or a water recirculation type tub. Ultraviolet ray of 25-35W per one ton of water is irradiated. |
