PURPOSE: A CML driver is provided to improve the rising slew rate of an output signal at a negative output part regardless of RC time constant of a circuit. CONSTITUTION: A positive/negative input signal is inputted into a CML driving unit(210) through a positive/negative input terminal. The CML driving unit generates positive/negative output signal swinging in a CML domain to a positive/negative output terminal. A first current path formation unit(220) forms a current path between a power voltage terminal and the negative output terminal in response to the positive input signal for a predetermined time. A second current path formation unit(230) forms a current path between a power voltage terminal and the positive output terminal in response to the negative input signal for a predetermined time. |
