PURPOSE: Lubricating oil for metallic nanopowder is provided to secure the excellent dispersion stability and oxidation resistance of the metallic nanopowder by directly dispersing the metallic nanopowder inside the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION: Lubricating oil for metallic nanopowder is produced by a step of producing a mixed solution, a step of synthesizing lubricating base oil, a step of separating the lubricating base oil, and a step of removing the moisture. The mixed solution producing process is performed by mixing a metal aqueous solution and a dispersing agent with the lubricating base oil. The synthesizing process is performed by adding a reducing agent to the mixed solution for reducing metallic ions. |
