HOT PRESS FORMING METHOD

PURPOSE: A press forming method with high productivity is provided to consecutively manufacture molded products without stop of manufacture line for the mold washing by removing foreign materials from the surface of a mold using compressed air. CONSTITUTION: A press forming method with high productivity comprises the next step. One material of cold rolled steel sheets, hot rolled steel sheets, galvanization cold rolled steel sheets and Al-Si plating cold rolled steel sheets(S-11). A blanked material is input in a furnace to be heated in 700~1100°C for 4~10 minutes. The heated material is cooled in a press die and quickly cooled at a cooling speed of -20~100 °C/sec(S-13). Foreign materials are removed the press die by jetting compressed air after taking of a molded product(S-14).
