PURPOSE: A film punching apparatus for manufacturing a farm product protecting bag is provided to form a film to have uniform surfaces because vent holes are heated and pressed by a heating roller. CONSTITUTION: A film punching apparatus for manufacturing a farm product protecting bag comprises a film feeding unit(4), a winding unit(8), a boring member(10), and a thermally pressing member(30). A transferred film(4) is wound around the winding unit. The boring member forms minute vent holes(H) between the film feeding unit and the winding unit and comprises a guide roller(12) and a boring roller(16). The thermally pressing member flattens the surface of the film by pressing the minute vent holes formed on the film.
