PURPOSE: A detergent composition is provided to ensure excellent removal power for organic contaminants and particles on the surface of a glass substrate and to avoid the residue after rinsing. CONSTITUTION: A detergent composition for a glass substrate of a flat panel display device includes, based on the total weight of the composition, 0.01-5 weight% of non-ionic surfactants in which alkylene oxide is added to terphene-based oil represented by chemical formula 1, 0.1-5 weight% of polyhydric alcohol-based compound, 0.05-5 weight% of alkali metal hydroxide, and the remaining amount of water. The pH of the detergent composition is 12-14. In chemical formula 1, AO is an oxyethylene group, oxypropylene group, or polyoxyethylene·polyoxypropylene block copolymer; and n is 1-40. |
