The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a foam-molded article which has excellent rigidity, impact resistance, and appearance, and which is capable of ductile fracture. This method for manufacturing a foam-molded article is characterized by having: a kneading step for melt-kneading, in the presence of a foaming agent, a resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of a propylene-based resin, 1-30 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl-based thermoplastic elastomer, and 1-30 parts by weight of an inorganic filler; and a foaming step for injecting the resin composition in a molten state into a die and foam-molding the resin composition. A foam-molded article can therefore be manufactured which has excellent rigidity, impact resistance, and appearance, and which is capable of ductile fracture. |
