PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition excellent in processability and, when made into a vulcanized product, excellent in balance between low heat buildup and wet skid resistance, and having practically sufficient break strength.SOLUTION: This modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition includes: a rubber component comprising (A) a modified conjugated diene-aromatic vinyl-based copolymer obtained by reacting a modifier expressed by formula (1) with a polymerization activity terminal of a conjugated diene-aromatic vinyl-based copolymer having the polymerization activity terminal, and having a glass transition temperature of -50 to -5°C and (B) a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition into which a polar functional group is introduced by a method other than the method of modifying with the modifier expressed by formula (1), and having a glass transition temperature of -120 to -60°C; and (C) silica. In formula, Rto Reach independently represents a 1-20C alkyl or 6-20C aryl; Rrepresents a 3-10C alkylene; Rrepresents a 1-20C alkylene; m is an integer of 1 or 2; and n is an integer of 2 or 3. |
