PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an optimum radio communication function in a terminal device having a plurality of radio communication functions.SOLUTION: A terminal device includes: a first communication unit that performs first radio communication with a first device which is connected to a network; and a second communication unit that executes second radio communication with a second device. In addition, the terminal device includes a determination unit that determines whether or not to connect to the network by using the second device which is wirelessly connected by the second communication unit. The second communication unit is wirelessly connected to the wirelessly connectable second device.
