Provided are a duct for a ship, capable of further improving propulsion performance of the ship, and a ship. The duct (20) for a ship has first plate-like body (20a) and a second plate-like body (20b). The first plate-like body (20a) is curved in a circular arc shape having a radius r0, and a cross-section of the first plate-like body (20a) taken in the front-rear direction has an inwardly protruding wing shape. The second plate-like body (20b) is constructed from a flat plate and is provided to an end of the first plate-like body (20a). The distance r between the center axis X1 of the first plate-like body (20a) and the second plate-like body (20b) satisfies the expression of 0 0 < 0.85. |
