PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for completing startup processing.SOLUTION: An on-board system 1 mounted to a vehicle and including a main CPU 11 operated by a universal OS and peripheral devices 3, 4 controlled by the main CPU 11 includes a sub CPU 12 operated by a real-time OS. In a startup, the on-board system performs initialization processing for respective peripheral devices 3, 4 with the sub CPU 12 and then, transfers the control of those peripheral devices 3, 4 to the main CPU 11 from the sub CPU 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
