PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that can appropriately perform anatomical standardization of a functional image, such as ioflupane.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 1 comprises: an input part 10 that receives input of a functional image and a form image of the brain of a subject; and an arithmetic processing part 11 that performs anatomical standardization processing on the form image and performs standardization of the functional image by using a conversion parameter used in the anatomical standardization processing. The arithmetic processing part 11 includes an SBR calculation part 15 that calculates an SBR by using a pixel value in the VOI of the functional image after the standardization. The image processing apparatus 1 includes a display part 12 that displays the functional image after the standardization according to the VOI defined on the standard brain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
