Apparatus for heating, cooling and producing sanitary hot water, comprising: - a tank (14) containing a first heat exchanger (16) for heating sanitary hot water, a reversible heat pump (18) including an electronic control unit (28), a compressor (20), a second heat exchanger (22) and a third heat exchanger (24), wherein the second heat exchanger (22) is arranged in heat exchange relationship with a first heat exchange liquid circulating in a heating/cooling circuit (32), and wherein the third heat exchanger (24) is arranged in heat exchange relationship with a second heat exchange liquid circulating in said tank (14) in heat exchange relationship with said first heat exchanger (16), wherein said tank (14) contains a fourth heat exchanger (40) prearranged for the connection to a solar system comprising at least one thermal solar system (44). |
