摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit cell of fuel cell, cell stack device, fuel cell module, and fuel cell device with improved reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The unit cell of fuel cell 1 has a fuel electrode layer 4 containing at least one of Ni and NiO, and ZrO<SB>2</SB>containing a solid solution of a rare earth element, a solid electrolyte layer 5 containing ZrO<SB>2</SB>containing a solid solution of a rare earth element, and an air electrode layer 7 stacked in the named order on the top surface of a conductive support 2 containing at least one of Ni and NiO, and rare earth element oxide. The maximum particle size of Ni and NiO contained in the fuel electrode layer 4 and the fuel electrode layer 4 side layer region of the conductive support 2 is smaller than 50 &mu;m, so that the cracking of the solid electrolyte layer 5 is suppressed to thereby improve the reliability of the unit cell of the fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
