<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy harvesting device that converts small-amplitude and low-frequency vibration into electrical energy. <P>SOLUTION: This device 10 can include a base 100, a low-frequency element 110, and a piezoelectric element 120. The low-frequency element 110 can be movably attached to the base 100, and the piezoelectric element 120 can also be attached to the base 100 and be spaced apart from the low-frequency element 110 with a vacant space between the low-frequency element 110 and itself.
