PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter with a valve having a novel structure, and stably and smoothly opening a communication hole by action of suction pressure, while preventing crush of the catheter when applying the suction pressure.SOLUTION: A catheter 10 with the valve includes a communication hole 20 with a slit valve 22 formed at a peripheral wall part of a flexible catheter 14 with a closed distal end. The catheter 10 includes a protrusion part 24 that is protrudingly formed on an inner peripheral face of a peripheral wall part of the catheter 14 and, when applying suction force, restricts crushing deformation of the catheter 14 to retain the communication area 25 in the catheter 14; and the communication hole 20 formed at a peripheral wall part of the communication area 25 that is retained in the catheter 14 under the state of restricting the crushing deformation of the catheter 14 by the protrusion part 24. |
