PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a providing server, a providing device, and a onetime password generation device by which the number of times of operation by a user for the providing device is small.SOLUTION: A providing server 100 includes: a first server reception unit 142 that receives transaction information transmitted by a communication terminal requesting transaction of a tender from a providing device holding the tender; a second server reception unit 144 that receives a communication result which is generated by communication between the providing device and a communication terminal and includes authentication information input into the communication terminal before the communication; and a server transmission unit 148 that transmits an execution command of transaction to the providing device on the basis of the transaction information or the communication result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
