PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a transmission method while restraining increase in the number of times of blind decoding and the amount of signaling necessary for notification.SOLUTION: For each of a plurality of EPDCCH candidates to map a downlink control signal to a data region, a precoding unit 105 performs precoding corresponding to one antenna transmission to a downlink control signal in the case of centralized deployment, and performs precoding corresponding to multiple antenna transmission in the case of distributed deployment, and a plurality of aggregation levels corresponding to the distributed deployment partially overlap with a plurality of aggregation levels corresponding to the centralized deployment, and include an aggregation level larger than any of the aggregation levels corresponding to the centralized deployment, and each of the plurality of EPDCCH candidates includes the same number of resources as the corresponding aggregation level.
