PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a small-sized power semiconductor device which enables reduction in a floor space where a power semiconductor module is installed.SOLUTION: In a power semiconductor device, sequentially laminated are: a first power semiconductor module in which a first power semiconductor element for switching a current flowing between two main electrodes is covered with a first mold resin and which includes a positive side main electrode led out from one main electrode to the outside of the first mold resin and a first intermediate electrode led out from the other main electrode to the outside of the first mold resin; a second power semiconductor module in which a second power semiconductor element for switching a current flowing between the two main electrodes is covered with a second mold resin and which includes a negative side electrode led out from the one main electrode to the outside of the second mold resin and a second intermediate electrode led out from the other main electrode to the outside of the second mold resin; and a heat sink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
