PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of increasing size of a fin while suppressing an increase in the size of an electronic apparatus and effectively utilizing airflow in a passage cover.SOLUTION: A plurality of fins 22 of a heat sink 20 are inclined to both in an extension direction of a first air passage S1 and in a direction in which the fins 22 are aligned. A right wall part 15a of a passage cover 15 is also inclined to both in the extension direction of the first air passage S1 and in the direction in which the fins 22 are aligned in the same manner of the fins 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
