PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a display device, capable of reducing residues in forming an anode reflective electrode by means of etching, and a manufacturing device less in the residues.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a display device, a three layered structure is formed, the three layered structure forming a plurality of anode electrodes 802 arranged in a pixel region 201 and a plurality of dummy electrodes 801 arranged adjacent to the pixel region 201, and including a first transparent conductive film, a metal film and a second transparent conductive film which are sequentially laminated from a substrate side; the second transparent conductive film and the metal film are etched; and the first transparent conductive film is etched. In the method, the density of a pattern of the plurality of dummy electrodes 801 decreases progressively away from the pixel region 201.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A |
