PRIMARY-LEVEL MEDICAL PLATFORM AND HYPERTENSION PATIENT MONITORING METHOD BASED ON PRIMARY-LEVEL MEDICAL PLATFORM

A hypertension patient monitoring method based on a primary-level medical platform. The method comprises: a primary-level medical platform monitors, according to a user diagnosis and treatment plan acquired from a network hospital platform, a blood pressure value about a user in a preset time within a preset monitoring period; the primary-level medical platform compares the blood pressure value in the preset time with a blood pressure value threshold value in a corresponding time in the user diagnosis and treatment plan and makes statistics on comparison results within the preset monitoring period; and the primary-level medical platform determines, according to the comparison results within the preset monitoring period, a blood pressure monitoring result within the monitoring period and sends a blood pressure regulating plan corresponding to the blood pressure monitoring result to the user, thus enabling the user to execute the blood pressure regulating plan. Through connection of a primary-level medical platform and a network hospital platform, relevant parameter monitoring, reminding and execution intervention can be performed on a hypertension patient according to a user diagnosis and treatment plan, thereby increasing the treatment progress and the treatment effect of the hypertension patient.
