PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier circuit part with enhanced radio communication performance of transmission and reception. SOLUTION: The power amplifier circuit part 25 is assembled into a transmitting circuit of a radio communication instrument with which transmission and reception are possible with mutually different transmission frequency bands and reception frequency bands and has a transmission band pass filter 13 which reduces noise components of a signal for transmission of the transmission frequency band and an amplification part 14 which amplifies and outputs the signal for transmission. An impedance matching/phase adjustment circuit 26 is interposed on a signal path between the transmission band pass filter 13 and the amplification part 14. The impedance matching/phase adjustment circuit 26 performs impedance matching of the side of the transmission band pass filter 13 and the side of the amplification part 14 and adjusts the phase of the signal for transmission input to the amplification part 14 to the one within a predetermined phase range for noise reduction of a receiving signal.
