PURPOSE: A device for transmitting local area network(LAN) data through a telephone line, is provided to perform coupling/decoupling to make a telephone signal directly transmitted through two lines among 4-line telephone and make a transmitting signal and a receiving signal of the LAN data transmitted through the other two lines, so that high-speed Internet service be provided through an existing telephone subscriber network. CONSTITUTION: A center module(200) combines a local area network(LAN) data signal and a telephone signal. A subscriber module(100) separates the LAN data signal and the telephone signal. A first line(300) transmits a transmitting signal and a receiving signal of the LAN data through two lines, among four telephone lines connecting the center module and the subscriber module. A second line(310) directly transmits the telephone signal through the other two lines. A first coupling/decoupling circuit(150), installed in the subscriber module, combines/separates the transmitting signal and the receiving signal of the LAN data to transmit the signals to the first line. A second coupling/decoupling circuit(250), installed in the center module, combines/separates the transmitting signal and the receiving signal of the LAN data to transmit the signals to the first line.
