URUSHIOL-ETHANOL NANOPARTICLE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND ANTICANCER AGGENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is an urushiol-ethanol nanoparticle to inoculate effectively water-insoluble urishiol-ethanol having an excellent anticancer activity. Also, an anticancer agent composition containing the nanoparticles is provided. CONSTITUTION: An urushiol-ethanol nanoparticle is prepared by the following steps of : (a) dissolving a varnish solution of a lacquer tree in an organic solvent, preferentially anhydrous ethanol and then, removing moisture and solvent therefrom; (b) dissolving the resulted urushiol extract in an ethanol and dispersing it into distilled water, followed by stirring that using a homogenizer; (c)centrifuging the stirred urushiol extract by a superhigh speed centrifuge; and (d)concentrating that. Preferentially, the diameter of urushiol-ethanol nanoparticle is 350-750 mm.
