Uni-directional current conducting element for sensing contacts between predetermined elementary areas on the surface of two opposite objects (26, 27) wherein the surface of both of said elementary areas being electrically conductive. On of the conductive surfaces of said elementary areas is connected through at least one semiconductor layer (20) to a respective lead out terminal, and between said terminal a uni-directional current conducting path is provided that comprises at least one p-n junction form in said semi-conductor.
