PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor-heating apparatus, in which heat radiation and reheating operation at the time of using the heating apparatus are conducted only by midnight service of electricity at an economy power rate, and regulation of room temperature is facilitated. SOLUTION: The floor-heating apparatus comprises a storage battery sandwiched between heat-storing materials. Thus, heat storage and electricity storage are performed by the midnight service of electricity, and when the room temperature is decreased, reheating operation can be done by applying current from the storage battery to a heating unit. |
