PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photostimulable phosphor whose performance can be used in a good condition for a long period without performance degradation by moisture absorption, to provide a producing method therefor, and to provide a radiation image conversion panel. SOLUTION: The photostimulable phosphor is characterized in that particles of the photostimulable phosphor are subjected to a surface treatment by using a fluorine-containing compound and a silane coupling agent.
