PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit a driver to operate a remote control device, and to enable a fellow passenger to operate that, during traveling of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this system, the remote control device 1 is provided with a normal operation switch 2 for remote controlling an on-vehicle device, and a limit releasing switch 3. During traveling of the vehicle, unless operating the normal operation switch 2 while operating the limit releasing switch 3, remote controlling by the remote control device 1 is prohibited. Therefore, during traveling of the vehicle, unless using both hands, the driver cannot conduct remote controlling by the remote control device 1, so that remote controlling by the driver is prohibited, but the fellow passenger can conduct remote controlling.
