<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation pipeline capable of adapting to heat contraction by a simple method and especially a heat insulating pipeline to indicate high level thermal insulation and motion safety. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulation pipeline (T) is provided from the inside toward the outside with a first shield pipe (1), a first heat insulation layer (2), a second shield pipe (3), a second heat insulation layer (4) formed of a heat insulating material, ballast (5) formed of a material having density higher than sea water density, and a protection casing (6) shielded outside the ballast (5) and having impact resistance.
