<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat capable of reducing the positional variation in air discharge amount on a mat surface. <P>SOLUTION: The air mat 1 is provided with a mat body having a space to which air is sent between first and second films and an air supply port 6 for supplying the air into the space.
