<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealer gun by the use of which even a low-skilled person can simply perform application at an arbitrary set bead width and can perform level application from the initial stage of spray to the final stage of spray. <P>SOLUTION: The sealer gun provided is a sealer gun 1 that extrudes a sealer through the gap formed between a valve seat 11 and a needle valve 8 by retracting the needle valve 8 by a specified stroke by operating a trigger 16, wherein a position adjustment member 20 is moved forward or backward with the adjustment dial 24 in a notch 3 formed on the base of the gun body 2 to regulate the backward stroke of the needle valve 8, a fowardly tapered section 8b longer than the backward stroke is formed on the front end of the needle valve 8, and an orifice member 15 is formed on the sealer extrusion path downstream of the valve seat 11 to eliminate the pulsation of a sealer extrusion pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
