Closure (1) for medical syringe has syringe cylinder and a syringe neck (23) connected at distal end. Syringe neck has an attachable adapter (6) and a screw top (4) is attachable on the adapter. A twist ring is connected with the screw top and a closing cap (5) can be inserted into the syringe neck. An independent claim is also included for medical syringe.
