<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a hearing object person matched with the purpose of hearing from a questionnaire response result and to correct questionnaire item contents efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A computer calculates a matching degree with an average result from the questionnaire response result for each questionnaire respondent, calculates a divergence value from a predicted result by collating the questionnaire respondent and the predicted result, and selects the hearing object person from the questionnaire respondents on the basis of the matching degree corresponding to the given hearing purpose and the stipulated value of the separation value. Also, the standard deviation of response results numerized for respective questionnaire items is calculated from the questionnaire response results of all the questionnaire respondents, the separation value from the predicted result is calculated for the respective questionnaire items, and the questionnaire items to correct the contents are extracted on the basis of the divergence value corresponding to the hearing purpose and the stipulated value of the standard deviation and are presented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
