PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent goods from moving in a blister package so that the front faces of the goods do not incline toward the front face of the blister package. SOLUTION: A cutting part 22 is formed on a surface part 20. Connecting strips 30 that connect portions of the opposite long sides of a frame 22A of the cutting part 22 with a rectangular shape on these mutually opposite long sides are integrally formed with a sheet of cardboard constituting the surface part 20. When a remote-control device 50 is placed on the surface part 20, in the state that portions 56B of a protruding back face 56 not secured to the frame 22A of the cutting part 22 are housed in a recessed housing part 24 through the cutting portion 22, the portions 56B of a protruding back face 56 not secured to the frame 22A of the cutting part 22 are pressed in the direction of the front face 1602 of the blister package 12 by elasticity of the connecting strips 30 deformable along the portion 56B of the protruding back face 56 in the recessed housing part 24.
