SOLUTION: In the vehicle door structure 10, an extension 38 connected to an impact beam 34 is coupled with a wall 24 in the vehicle width direction and a wall 26 in the vehicle longitudinal direction of a door inner panel 18. Thus, even if the entire door 12 is placed, in a high-temperature environment for example, the thermal expansion of the door inner panel 20 is restricted (received) and suppressed by the wall 24 in the vehicle width direction. The bending moment M applied to the wall 26 in the vehicle longitudinal direction caused by the thermal expansion of the door outer panel 20 can be thereby reduced. In addition, an inclined wall 94 is formed on the extension 38. A rotational deformation force F3 applied to the wall 26 in the vehicle longitudinal direction from the wall 24 in the vehicle width direction caused by the thermal expansion of the door outer panel 20 is transferred to and dispersed in the impact beam 34 via the inclined wall 94.
