PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter opening/closing type closing device for which static electricity countermeasure is taken. SOLUTION: A dust cover 7 which closes an oil feeding port 31 and tilts freely, and a tilt shaft 66 for the dust cover 7 have conductivity, and static electricity is discharged to a feeding neck 9 from the dust cover 7 through the tilt shaft 66 and a ground plate spring 68 by electrically connecting the tilt shaft 66 and the dust cover 7 with the ground plate spring 68. The dust cover 7 is certainly opened by hand for filling oil, therefore it is possible to ensure to discharge static electricity by intervening the operation of opening the dust cover 7, thus preventing spark discharge.
