PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle capable of further efficiently damping vibration transmitted to a seat from a truck and an underfloor apparatus. SOLUTION: This railroad vehicle 1 can damp the vibration transmitted to the seat 4 placed on an interior trim floorboard 5 from the truck and the underfloor apparatus by a vibration control member 8. The vibration control member 8 is interposed between the interior trim floorboard 5 and a floor receiving member 7 in a position corresponding to a leg part 4a of the seat 4, and can support a load of the seat 4 itself and a load of a passenger sitting down on the seat 4 just above the vibration control member 8. Thus, propagation of the vibration to the interior trim floorboard 5 is reduced, and the vibration transmitted to the seat 4 from the truck and the underfloor apparatus, can be further efficiently damped.
