PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe acupuncture which can prevent possible infection during its preservation, from a patient to an operator and further from the operator to other persons amidst the treatment and during the period of disposal after the treatment and additional infection by accidental sticking or others caused by other persons themselves such as disposal workers during their disposal working. SOLUTION: The safe acupuncture comprises (1) an acupuncture tube, (2) one or more body holding pads which are fixed by filling the upper part within the acupuncture tube and resist the movement of an acupuncture body to hold it, (3) the acupuncture body which is held movably with the pads and made longer corresponding to its puncturing depth than the length of the acupuncture tube and (4) a stopper which is disposed at the lower end of an acupuncture grip provided at the upper part of the acupuncture body or at the upper end of the acupuncture tube and blocks the acupuncture grip from further moving into the acupuncture tube when the tip of the acupuncture body reaches a prescribed puncturing depth in moving in vivo from the skin surface. In addition, (5) a sticky or adsorbable base is provided on the skin contact side in the bottom part of the acupuncture tube and (6) the acupuncture tube is made larger than the puncturing depth of the acupuncture body.
