The structure has a syringe cap (301) and a protector part (302) separably connected with each other. The protector part is fixed to an injury-risky component (305) e.g. syringe, by a foil (307) e.g. self adhesive foil. The syringe cap and the protector part are designed as injection-molded parts in a single-piece manner. The foil is printed with information such as characters, figures, codes and/or graphical symbols. The protector part and/or the foil exhibit a hinge that is formed by weakening in the protector part. An independent claim is also included for a method for application of a protective structure on an injury-risky part.
