<p>The lubrication element (10) has a strip-shaped thin rectangular carrier element (12) that is provided with a lubricant (20) e.g. grease, oil, silicone and soap. The carrier element is tapered to an end running in a longitudinal direction, and is impregnated with the lubricant, which is applied on a surface (12a) of the carrier element. Fold lines (14, 16) are placed at middle and peripheral regions of the carrier element, respectively, and run transverse to the longitudinal direction.
